ISLAMABAD, Aug 07 (APP):Prof. Dr. Mukhtar Ahmed has assumed the charge of Chairman Higher Education Commission (HEC) on Wednesday.
According to the official sources, the higher education community has appreciated the Government’s decision of his reappointment, recognizing his extensive experience and invaluable contributions to the sector.
With decades of service, Dr Mukhtar Ahmed has been instrumental in the development and enhancement of tertiary education across the country, playing a pivotal role since the inception of HEC.
